Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

At Black Lotous, we want to ensure your shopping experience is satisfactory. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, refunds, and returns.

1. Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return the item after receiving it.

2. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless specified otherwise.
